This information notice has been prepared by Dentadent Oral and Dental Health Center, in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by Dentadent Oral and Dental Health Center (the “Clinic”), acting in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.
Within the scope of Article 10 of the KVKK and Article 5 of the Communiqué, and in compliance with the processing conditions set forth in Article 4 of the KVKK, personal data processed through camera systems may be processed for the following purposes:
Personal data may be obtained through camera systems operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the establishment of a legal relationship. Informative KVKK notices are displayed in areas where camera systems are installed within the workplace.
Your personal data may be processed for the purposes specified in this Information Notice and for the fulfillment of legal obligations, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and in accordance with the principles and procedures stipulated by the relevant legislation, in order to ensure the continuation of the Clinic’s activities.
Personal data obtained through camera systems may be transferred, in accordance with the data transfer and processing conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and for the purposes listed above, provided that adequate and effective measures are taken in compliance with the security and confidentiality principles stipulated by legislation; to third-party service providers in cases where security services are outsourced and to legally authorized public institutions.
Data subjects have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
The data subject may submit requests regarding these rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you may submit your petition including the necessary information to verify your identity in person, via notary public, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The requests of the data subject shall be evaluated and concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days. In the event that the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board shall apply.
