This information notice has been prepared by Dentadent Oral and Dental Hospital Trade Ltd. Co., in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

In order to provide you with services at high standards, we collect your personal data verbally, in writing, visually, or electronically through channels such as the Call Center, internet, mobile applications, physical premises, and similar means, depending on the nature of the service provided.

Within this scope, primarily personal health data required for the execution of all medical diagnosis, examination, treatment, and care services, as well as other general and special categories of personal data obtained for this purpose, are listed below:

  • Your identity information such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, etc.
  • Your contact details such as address, telephone number, and email address
  • Your financial information such as bank account number and IBAN
  • Data related to healthcare services: examination data, test results, prescriptions, etc.
  • Call center records, security camera recordings, website browsing information, etc.

3. Retention of Personal Data

Your personal data are retained with due care and stored in physical and electronic archives of external service providers in compliance with the applicable legislation.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected and processed within the legal framework and for the purposes of Dentadent’s activities. The legal basis for such processing activities includes:

  • Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
  • Law No. 3359 on Basic Health Services
  • Other relevant legislative provisions

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the institutions and for the purposes specified within the framework of the aforementioned laws and applicable legislation.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects have the rights specified under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. In order to exercise these rights, they may apply to the Data Controller with the necessary information. Requests shall be evaluated and concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest.
