Purposes of Processing Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within your company, personal data are processed within the framework of the obligations imposed on your company by applicable legislation; in compliance with the fundamental principles set forth in the Law and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, either by you or by real\/legal person data processors appointed by you. In this context, your personal data are processed for various purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Addressing the caller correctly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verification of the call and recording for statistical purposes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use as evidence in disputes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution of audit\/ethics activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting and supervising business activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing customer relationship management processes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing performance evaluation processes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking requests and complaints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution of your company\u2019s information and consultancy service provision processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are obtained through information shared by the data subject during telephone conversations conducted via the switchboard. The legal grounds for processing your personal data are the exceptions to explicit consent specified in subparagraphs (a), (c), (\u00e7), (e), and (f) of Article 5\/2 of the KVKK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Transfer of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your company acts in compliance with the regulations stipulated under the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data. Without prejudice to the exceptional cases provided for in the legislation, personal data and special categories of personal data are not transferred by you to other real or legal persons without the explicit consent of the Data Subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Rights of the Data Subject<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data subjects have the rights specified under Article 11 of the Law. They may apply to the Data Controller in order to exercise these rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To learn whether their personal data are processed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request information if their personal data have been processed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data are used in accordance with their purpose,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of such rectification to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, and to request notification of such action to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data subject may submit requests regarding these rights in accordance with the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller. Applications must include the applicant\u2019s name and surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality and passport number\/ID number for foreigners, residence or workplace address for notification, if any electronic mail address for notification, telephone or fax number, and the subject of the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to exercise your rights as a personal data owner as stated above, your application containing explanations regarding the right you request to exercise must clearly and explicitly specify the matter requested; the matter must relate to you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of another person, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority; the application must include identification and address information, and documents verifying your identity must be attached to the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, you must complete the application form available on our website in full and submit a wet-ink signed copy either in person or via notary to the General Directorate of Dentadent Oral and Dental Hospital Trade Ltd.
