Purposes of Processing Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your collected personal data and\/or your visit to our WhatsApp account may be processed within the scope of our customer relations activities, organized events, and for the planning and execution of activities necessary for the promotion of the products and services offered by our hospital, the conduct of necessary operational processes, the planning and execution of the hospital\u2019s commercial and\/or business strategies in all projects, and the performance of necessary works by the relevant business units for the realization of activities carried out by the hospital and the execution of related business processes, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 5 and\/or 6 of the Law and\/or based on your explicit consent where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Transfer of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your collected personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the purposes specified above, to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, to servers with which the hospital cooperates, and abroad, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, for the realization of the purposes stated herein and\/or based on your explicit consent where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are collected by the hospital through physical and electronic methods and via social media accounts such as WhatsApp used by the hospital, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 5 and\/or 6 of the Law and\/or based on your explicit consent where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Rights of the Data Subject<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data subjects have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To learn whether their personal data are processed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request information if their personal data have been processed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data are used in accordance with their purpose,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of such rectification to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, and to request notification of such action to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data subject may submit requests regarding these rights in accordance with the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller. Applications must include the applicant\u2019s name and surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality and passport number\/ID number for foreigners, residence or workplace address for notification, if any electronic mail address for notification, telephone or fax number, and the subject of the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to exercise your rights as a personal data owner as stated above, your application containing explanations regarding the right you request to exercise must clearly and explicitly specify the matter requested; the matter must relate to you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of another person, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority; the application must include identification and address information, and documents verifying your identity must be attached to the application.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WhatsApp Information Notice This information notice has been prepared by Dentadent Oral and Dental Hospital Trade Ltd.
