Collection and Purposes of Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to provide you with services at high standards, we collect your personal data verbally, in writing, visually, or electronically through channels such as the Call Center, internet, mobile applications, physical premises, and similar means, depending on the nature of the service provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within this scope, primarily personal health data required for the execution of all medical diagnosis, examination, treatment, and care services, as well as other general and special categories of personal data obtained for this purpose, are listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your identity information such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your contact details such as address, telephone number, and email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your financial information such as bank account number and IBAN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data related to healthcare services: examination data, test results, prescriptions, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Call center records, security camera recordings, website browsing information, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Retention of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are retained with due care and stored in physical and electronic archives of external service providers in compliance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
